I’ve spent over 23 years in the payments industry, leading sales teams and building client relationships at both large public companies and smaller private equity-backed firms. I’ve seen how this business works from the inside—how companies grow, how relationships are won and lost, and most of all, the right way to provide service: by putting the client first.

Over the years, I started to notice something that didn’t sit right. Too often, providers made decisions based on short-term investor priorities, not what worked best for merchants. That disconnect made it harder to feel good about the work—and even harder to justify staying in that system.

That’s what led me to launch my own organization: a business focused on long-term value, clear communication, and helping clients make smart, informed decisions. I’m bringing everything I’ve learned to build something different—where I provide enterprise-level client management to businesses that are often underserved in this space. I know how to make things happen, solve problems, and serve as a consistent point of contact for every part of the process.
